The Role:To manage all functions of the gaming division section, establish marketing plans to increase customers and revenues, provide financial planning & budgeting, internal controls, and promote high standard of customer service. Also responsible for required reporting of gaming activities, training and development of gaming employees, safety and security of sites, and compliance with all applicable gaming laws.
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a casino environment, with experience also in implementation, business process and high degree of customer service, must have experience of working in a similar bust enviroment. Ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines, along with excellent visual and verbal communication skills, 2 years experience in Web Design and Development. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized, would be a self-starter and quick learner who will pick up new software easily. Being able to follow up processes already in place, with a good understanding and genuine passion for all things design is essential.
